For passengers who planned flights to/from Atyrau

Due to the events related to floods in the western regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, SCAT Airlines provides the opportunity to make a 100% refund of tickets to/from Atyrau for the following flights:

For tickets with transportation to the direction "Atyrau - Almaty", "Almaty - Atyrau", "Atyrau - Astana" and "Astana - Atyrau" issued with a sale date before 20.04.2024, with a departure date from 16.04.2024 to 30.04.2024 inclusively, a refund without penalties is allowed.

Each passenger is granted the right to rebook air tickets for these destinations once in the period up to 30.06.2024 inclusively. The service is provided free of charge.
