Traveling with baby carriage

Additionally to allowed hand luggage a passenger may take one folding baby carriage free of charge to the cabin. The dimensions of the baby carriage (when folded including all accessories) must be no more than those set for hand luggage i.e. 55×40×20 cm and not heavier than 10 kg.

If a folded baby carriage exceeds set for hand luggage dimensions (55×40×20 cm, over 10 kg), it will be carried free of charge as a checked baggage in the aircraft cargo hold. A baby carriage over 55×40×20 cm/10kg must be presented at check-in to attach a bag tag to it.

A passenger is allowed to use the baby carriage prior to boarding the aircraft. A baby carriage must be carried to aircraft cargo hold immediately before boarding. Possibility of using a baby carriage till boarding and receiving it near the aircraft after arrival may be restricted by aviation security requirements of airports.

In case if a baby carriage is greater than baggage allowance (i.e. the sum of the 3 dimensions is greater than 158cm or the weight is over 23kg), it must be paid as extra baggage.

Passengers are personally responsible for checking and packing the baby carriage prior it being carried to cargo hold. Passengers must be sure that the baby carriage has been properly folded and blocked, and necessary measures for safe transportation to avoid any damage was taken.

In case if a baby carriage doesn’t belong to a travelling child, it will be carried as extra baggage.
