Using this Internet resource according to Kazakhstan Law No.94-V dated May 21, 2013 On personal data and their protection, any user of http://scat.kz voluntarily and by own will and in the best interests, gives his/her consent to the automated and non-automated processing and transfer (as well as cross-border transfer of any personal data including on the territory of those countries that do not provide their adequate protection) of your personal data (surname, first name, patronymic; year, month, and day of birth; gender; passport data (series, number, date of issue, name of the issuing authority; biometric personal data contained in a foreign passport of the Republic Kazakhstan) and citizenship; residence address (according to the passport and actual), telephone number; foreign passport number and its validity period; surname and first name, as they are indicated in the passport; any information requested by the consular services of the Embassy in the country to be visited to consider visa issuing, and any other information), also using http://scat.kz Internet resource a user agrees with transfer (including any third-party services of visitor analysis belonging to Yandex, Google, Facebook, etc.) and processing of any visitor data (namely, IP address, assumed geographical position, age, gender, browser version, display resolution, operating system and auxiliary software version, device model, resources, search engines, phrases and banners from which he/she is taken to the site, list of visited pages and time spent on the site), namely any actions provided for by Article 14 of Kazakhstan Law No.94-V dated May 21, 2013 On personal data and their protection contained in this Consent.

We get access to your personal data when you book tickets or change your booking, register on https://scat.kz website or personally provide us with your personal data. Below you will find the examples of data received directly from you:

• for security reasons, when you book a ticket, we will ask you to provide your full first name and surname, date of birth and gender;
• when booking, we give you opportunity to make changes and/or provide additional information about yourself;
• if you are traveling to a country that requires to complete a Passenger Details Form, we will ask you to enter your passport number, date and place of issue.

Consent to personal data processing for the purpose of marketing 

We are pleased to offer you the information about our products and services, special offers and prices, provide you with news and information about our company so you can use it to your advantage. We are committed to using your data only with your consent. 

• If you agree, SCAT Airlines JSC will notify you of any changes, news, special offers and promotions by mail (e-mail) or phone;
• We may disclose your data to any third parties in the event these companies provide us with their marketing services. However, these companies will not contact you directly;
• We are committed to using your most recent preferences, but it will take us some time to log them into the system.
